This is the instructions for the fingerprints and security guard license. All forms are on my website. They must be typed, printed & sent to New York State.

Fingerprinting Instructions

1. Go to www.bellsecurityschool.com
2. Click on LINKS
3. Click on REQUEST FOR NYS FINGERPRINTING SERVICES-INFORMATION FORM.
4. Read it, Fill it out, Print it. At top of form click on www.identogo.com
5. on www.identogo.com make your appointment.
6. To make your appointment by phone call 1-877-472-6915.

 DMV License Consent Form

1. Go to www.bellsecurityschool.com
2. Click on LINKS
3. Click on DMV CONSENT FORM
4. Type in your information
5. Print the completed form and mail it with your security guard application

Security Guard License Application

1. Go to www.bellsecurityschool.com
2. Click on LINKS
3. Click on NEW YORK STATE SECURITY GUARD APPLICATION
4. Type in your information. scroll down. Follow instructions starting on page #3
5. Print the completed form and send all required documents to the address on the application.
